Third Age Trust 2012 U3A Photography Competition
Cities & hamlets; land & sea; parks & gardens; flora & fauna etc ... throughout the year
Winning photographs will feature in the
U3A engagement calendar for 2013
• Closing date – 8th May 2012
You may send entries at any time between now and the closing date above.
Rules
• photographs should be in colour – digital pictures only.
• pictures should be in landscape format only
• minimum print size 7” x 5”
• digital images must be high resolution (300dpi), supplied on CD and saved in JPG format accompanied by a good colour print.
• images must be of the UK only
• A covering note should be sent with picture title, entrant’s name, U3A, address, telephone and email and a label with this information stuck on the reverse of each picture.
• Please do not write on the back of the pictures
• Please do not submit entries by email
• Maximum of 3 entries per individual
We cannot return photographs so please send copies, not originals, of any photographs you wish to keep.
The 12 winning entrants, selected by independent judges, will each receive a gift token and 6 calendars free of charge.
The pictures will be featured on www.u3a.org.uk and the winners announced in the summer issue of U3A News.
